Shipping Policies

In New Generation Cosmetics Inc. we are committed to offer you the best service, for this reason the services you request will be served by the company United States Postal Service (USPS), that certifies that shipments will be made safely and reliably.

The shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, in case of making your payment on Tuesday after 4:00 pm the shipment will be processed by Thursday, if your payment is Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, the shipment will be made on Tuesday.

In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and it is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time.

The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

If USPS missed you when when attempting to deliver your mail, you can schedule redelivery online using the peach-colored slip left by your carrier to look up your items and reschedule delivery.

Returns will only apply if you have received the wrong product, or if the product has a manufacturing defect. If this happens, it will be opportune that you inform us via email or telephone of this situation. In a period of less than 3 days we will give an immediate answer to your problem.

In this situation, New Generation Cosmetics Inc. is committed to making you return your order without shipping cost.

No returns are made in case the merchandise shows imperfections due to misuse of the product.


To cancel your order, call (480) 625-6017. In a schedule from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6:00 pm, you should have your order number on hand remember that the refund will be less than 8% of the total. If your order is already being processed, it can no longer be canceled.

The refund will be made with the same method of payment of your order and will take 3 to 4 business days once confirmed acceptance of the cancellation.
